Le Cirque de la Nuit presents:

Like fun house filled with mirrors, Le Cirque de la Nuit is proud to be twisting and stretching what we’ve become known for to deliver an exciting NEW world of visual and audible feasts that are sure to tantalize all your senses. Come explore our pit of curiosities where Le Cirque de la Nuit’s unique combination of music, performance and art will come together once again for a night of explosive fun!

Excited is an understatement as we welcome CloZee from Toulouse France! Currently on her Biohackers tour with Psymbionic, she’s making her second stop from this tour in Canada with us! A crowd favourite at last year’s Shambhala Festival, we couldn’t be more excited to share the stage with her.

AND (and this is a big one) joining the stage will be Qdup and Everyman!!!! WOOO! We are honoured to present Qdup and Everyman who are on a tribute tour for Jon Horvath of Fort Knox Five and Nicholas ‘Pumpkin’ Alvarado. These two are sure to bring a true block party vibe that will run the gamut of dance floor infused breaks, hip hop, funk, house and bass music that the boys are known for championing.

In honor of Pumpkin, Everyman has recently started a society called ‘Little Giant Acorn Foundation for the Arts’, a not-for-profit charity organization established to provide music and arts programs to children who do not have the means to attain them otherwise. A portion of all proceeds from this tour will go to benefit the foundation and keep the Pumpkin legacy alive.

LOCATION: Marquee Bar & Stage, Calgary, AB.

TIME: 9PM till 2:30AM – RESTRICTIONS: 18+ Licensed Event

TICKETS: Early bird tickets are $25 / Tier 1 @ $33 / Tier 2 @ $40

Hailing from Toulouse, CloZee is Chloé, a young music producer who seamlessly combines technical precision with a wild imagination. An accomplished instrumentalist, she began playing the classical guitar at 11. Influenced by edIT, Bonobo, The Widdler and Amon Tobin, she started producing electronic music at the age of 16.

Winner of the 2014 ‘Best International Newcomer’ at the UK Glitch-Hop Award, and runner up of multiple remix contests, she was spotted by respected labels such as Gravitas Recordings, Glitch Hop Community, Otodayo Records, Adapted Records, Digital Whomp…

In 2015, she launched the electro Orchestral Hip Hop project CloZinger, with a french MPC master Scarfinger.

Her tracks defy genres, oscillating between World Bass, Glitch-Hop, Trip-Hop, Future Bass and Tribal Trap. She created her own place in the glitch community, thanks to a unique, highly surprising style mixing powerful basslines, funky off beat percussion, world instruments and emotional cinematic sounds. Her recent track ‘Koto’ has reached more than 1 million plays on Soundcloud, and 2,5 millions views on YouTube.

A musical identity which led her to play in North America (more than 60 dates the past 2 years, including the festivals Coachella, Lightning In A Bottle, Shambhala, Envision, Camp Bisco, Sonic Bloom, Arise, Enchanted Forest…) but also in India, Germany, Israel, Ukraine, and more than 40 different cities in France, alongside artists like Bonobo, Gramatik, Tipper, Chet Faker, Pretty Lights, TOKiMONSTA, GRiZ, Random Rab…
